Administrative Communications Unit
Overview:
Administrative communication is the point of communication between the College and all departments of the University, as well as external entities, where it handles, preserves and guides incoming and outgoing transactions in a manner that is easily traceable, and conducts inquiries and responses to auditors' queries, thus contributing to the smooth functioning of the College.
Functions and Duties:
1- Converting paperwork into electronic services.
2- Receiving all communications received by the College and transmitting them to all relevant bodies of the College.
3- Receiving all correspondence issued by the college and take all prompt measures to send it to the competent authorities inside and outside the College.
4- Distribution of circulars and decisions to all bodies of the College, both automated and paper.
5- Long-term commitment to adopting successful advanced ICT.
6- polarizing distinct human capabilities.
