The College of Sciences and Humanities in Al-Aflaj Celebrates the Graduation of the Fourteenth Batch of the Academic Year 1444 AH
Under the auspices of the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Bushra Al-Hammad, the College of Science and Humanities in Al-Aflaj - Female Sections - celebrated on Sunday 11/22/1444 AH the graduation of the fourteenth batch of the academic year 1444 AH.
The ceremony opened with the royal anthem, followed by the march of the graduate students, then verses from the Holy Qur’an were recited by the student Sarah Al Duhaim, after which Her Excellency Dr. Bushra Al-Hammad, Vice President for Female Student Affairs, delivered a speech on behalf of His Excellency Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Talhi, the Vice Chancellor of the University, in which he expressed his pride of the university’s graduates in all fields and his sincere gratefulness to those who have the credit, after Allah, for this achievement from the academic staff, and the efforts of the state in supporting education in our beloved Kingdom. It was followed by the speech of His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Hathal Al-Dossari, Dean of the College, in which he welcomed the attendees and blessed the graduates for their graduation and reaching this moment, then he expressed his pride for their participation in their graduation ceremony, then, he concluded his speech with a fatherly whisper to his daughters, the graduates, in which he mentioned the need for knowledge to extend and not be interrupted as long as a person is alive. So he urged them to continue seeking knowledge, developing themselves, and absorbing various knowledge and sciences, and finally he wished them success and prosperity. Then, Dr. Maha Al-Enezi, Vice Dean of the College, delivered a speech in which she expressed her pride of the achievement of her students. She also thanked the students’ mothers for their efforts to bring their daughters to this level of education. She also expressed her pride to the graduate students urging them to work hard to serve the country, contribute to its progress and prosperity.
On behalf of the graduates, the student Rifaah Muhammad Al-Dosari delivered a speech in which she expressed her feelings at that moment, and thanked everyone who was credited for that. At the end of the ceremony, the Vice Dean of the College, Dr. Al-Enazi, honored the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Bushra Al-Hammad for the efforts they make for the students in terms of facilitating the educational process. Finally, the ceremony was concluded with the march of the first and second honors students, who were honored.
