E-Learning Unit - College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Aflaj
Introduction:
It is a special unit for e-learning, which seeks to improve level of e-learning at the college through the plans and executive programs that organize the e-learning, whether for students or faculty members.
Vision:
Achieving an advanced e-learning environment in the college.
Message:
Raising the quality of education, improving its results, and providing a technical environment that supports the performance of faculty staff, and motivates students in Al-Aflaj Colleges through the optimal using of e-learning applications and the Blackboard system for distance education.
Goals:
The unit, through coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and Distance Education and the relevant authorities, seeks to achieve the following:
- Spreading the e-learning at the College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Aflaj.
- Ensuring the quality of e-learning in the College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Aflaj.
- Development capabilities and training faculty staff in the field of e-learning and its applications.
- Providing a technical environment that stimulates learning and supports it.
- Continuous evaluation of the process of e-learning at the College of Science and Human Studies in Al- Aflaj.
- Replacing college courses with electronic courses
- Strengthening the participation of community in the field of e-learning.
- Providing a workforce to the improvement of e-learning services, programs and workshops using the Blackboard system
- Performing electronic tests, assignments, reports and researches through the same system in an electronic form.
- Spreading awareness of this electronic system through guiding, workshops and training at the College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Aflaj, which shows and makes easier use of this system in direct coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology at the university.
