<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">A specialized unit in technology and technical support seeks to meet the needs of the college and its employees in technology and resources, and the unit in cooperation with the Deanship of Information Technology at the University provides the best technical equipment and services.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">1- Provide technical support services to all different technical devices and programs.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">2- Update, install and maintain the required programmes.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">3- Adding devices and accessories to computers.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">4- Follow-up the computer labs and perform the necessary periodic maintenance, if necessary.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">5- Follow-up breakdowns of telecommunications computer networks.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">6- Provision of various electronic services to all college staff.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">7- Provision of various telephone services (Active-Cancel-Modify) to College staff.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">8- Receiving, distributing and organizing telephones based on the need for their use.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">9- Coordinate with the departments and units of the College to identify their different needs for technical agencies and to follow up their provision with the competent authorities in order to ensure the quality and development of the work.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">10- Setup and processing of computers and software for college staff. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">11- Coordination with the IT deanship to provide software and computer systems.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">12- Technical preparation of events held at the college.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">13- Technical supervision of all installation of technical devices received at the college.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">14- Regular maintenance work at the end of each school year by making sure the devices work well.</span></span></span></p>
