The Department seeks to build distinguished graduates in the field of Islamic studies via creating a stimulating environment for education, creativity and optimal use of technology.
1) Building a Muslim woman personality who is moderate and balanced in her belief, worship, and moral.
2) Developing students' creative, conversational, and professional capabilities, as well as enabling them to implement academic research methods.
3) Providing an educational environment which promotes education and research services in consistent with quality and accreditation standards.
4) Providing qualified graduates to meet the needs of the labor market in various fields.
5) Promoting community services via cooperation and partnership with various local communities.
6) Clarifying the Islamic, intellectual, religious, moral, economic, and social principles to the college students.
7) Keeping abreast with the shareea' and scientific development taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular and worldwide in general.
8) Participating in discussion about educational and social problems that encounter the community, and offering effective solutions to conquer them.
